BONKGEAR workouts are all designed by qualified and experienced personal and group trainers who are committed to providing athletes at every level with opportunities to advance their training and fitness. Every workout is geared toward a moderate to high fitness ability but can be modified to accommodate every athlete. Modifications should always be made with any workout to challenge you within your personal limits and to accommodate any injuries or limitations. As with any physical activity, you should know your limits and should discuss any significant changes in your physical activity with your physician.

BONKGEAR trainers have designed workouts specifically for BONKGEAR and we reserve the rights to them. These workouts are intended for personal use, if you are a certified trainer / instructor and would like to use BONKGEAR workouts with your clients, please contact us.
